Very poor customer service , wont return calls . Customer service sucks , non responsive, call numbers dont work .
The questionnaire service doesnt work wasting your time trying to get call service basically a very poorly run system no response, doesnt want to answer questions. Cannot speak with prospective dog sitter we are supposed to trust our beloved family member with , what a joke !!!
WHERE DO I BEGIN-HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE-THEY ARE RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL-YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE OPEN TO SPAM - IVE BEEN GETTING SO-CALLED CUSTOMERS WANTING ME TO COME OVER AND IT ISNT EVEN THE CLIENT THE NUMBERS GET CROSSED-THEN THEY DO NOT HONOR YOUR RATES-THEY LOW BALL YOU. ALL CALL CENTERS ARE OVERSEAS
I cant use Rover and really need to but they have made it impossible because there is no way to reach them and when I try to use their app it says my phone number cant be used because it is affiliated to another account I have been trying for 2 weeks to figure out a way to contact their customer service and have not been able to they make it impossible
